Sirha Business Café
At the Sirha Business Café stand a different topic will be in the limelight every day, with presentations and panel discussion on the programme. On the first day coffee will be on the agenda, and those who come can share their views on sustainability issues, the new wave of coffee culture and the latest professional and home equipment.
The second day will be dedicated to bakers and confectioners, so for instance it will be revealed whether ‘artisan’ quality can be produced in large quantities. Day three will welcome the representatives of the bar trade – bartender showcases, drink trends and new innovations will be waiting for visitors. Special coffees and cocktail will be served on all three days!.
