Even the moon is made of cheese
By 2019 the value of worldwide cheese product sales can reach USD 105.1 billion as demand for these products is growing by 4.4 percent a year – revealed a forecast by Italian company Assolatte. The drivers of this growth are fast food restaurants but consumer demand is also increasing for more expensive, quality cheese products. Fastest growing markets: China, South Korea, Brazil and the Ukraine.
