No consumer protection rule is being offended if travel agencies indicate extra tarifts separatedly from the participation fee on their fylers – the Supreme Court decided.

A travel agency issued flyers of its Egypt-trip, for 105 thousand HUF. However, additional fees had been listed at the bottom of the flyer only (visa, airport taxes, etc.). As a whole, the trip cost 143 HUF.  The consumer protection authority obliged the travel agency to pay a penalty and indicate  all prices in one, fixed sum. The second-degree authority approved the decision. However, the firm decided to go on court, claiming that they had, in fact, indicate all prices on the flyer. The final decision of the court said that the travel agency had indicated all prices as obliged by law, so the decision of the consumer protection authority must be ignored.
