Cash Machines: according to the OKSZ, the price war for the dealers’ 40 billion HUF is delaying
The replacement of the traditional cash registers can cost more than 40 billion HUF to the retailers. According to the National Retail Federation (OKSZ) the cash register vendors’ interest is to reduce their prices with price competition for future licensing drawbacks.
The release of OKSZ sent on Friday to MTI notes that the Hungarian Trade Licensing Office has approved the marketing of three cash registers.
Surveys show that the price of the three types of cash machines will be around 170 thousand HUF. According to the organization, 250 thousand conventional cash registers should be replaced. This means that without VAT, the total costs can be around more than 40 billion HUF. (MTI)
