Parragh László was re-elected as the President of MKIK

At the delegate meeting of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MKIK) on Thursday, 127 delegates – in an open vote – again elected Parragh László as the chairman of the public body without a vote against and with 19 abstentions.

In his report on the activities of the chamber, Parragh László emphasized that the public body had done a lot in recent years to enable the Hungarian economy to succeed, and in the situation caused by the coronavirus it would contribute to the management of the crisis and recovery.
He said that the chamber is actively involved in economic development, vocational training, adult education, the formation of higher education, the strengthening of foreign economic activity, the settlement of corporate disputes, and the implementation of projects financed from European Union funds.
