Business Brunch Panel to Explore the Strategic Role of Location at “Industry Days” Expo
On Thursday, May 15, from 10:00 AM, the second edition of the HAD Real Estate Business Brunch will take place at Pavilion “A” of the HUNGEXPO, as part of the Industry Days exhibition. The central theme of the event is: “What market advantage can a good site provide in a difficult economic climate?” The aim of the organizers is to provide practical insights into site selection and investment decisions through a discussion with industry experts.
The event, hosted by the HAD Group, will be opened by Ernő Hadnagy, President of the company. The panel discussion will feature prominent experts including Milla Kalmár (108 Real Estate Agency), Mariann Micskei (Goodwill Energy Zrt.), János Kovács (Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry), and Dávid Heim (Otthon Centrum). The discussion will be moderated by Tibor Lőrincz-Hadnagy, Partner and Business Development Director of HAD Group.
Topics include an overview of the domestic and regional industrial real estate market, key considerations for site selection, growth opportunities for SMEs, available financing options, and an analysis of whether industrial property is truly one of the most resilient, future-proof investments.
The panel will be followed by a Q&A session and a networking brunch. Participation is free of charge but requires prior registration by May 13, 2025, via email at info@presstonpr.hu. Media representatives are welcome to request interviews and lunch tickets when confirming their attendance. All registered guests will also have access to the full program of the Industry Days exhibition on May 15 with their entry pass.
