Home competition for restaurants

New gastro trend widespread in Italy: instead of walking to a restaurant, dinners are held in flats. The bill must be paid at the end of the dinner.

Italian restaurants have to face with new competition: more and more people joins to the gastro community that is spreading on the Internet. The members are inviting each other, to their own homes, but these dinners are not the usual meals between friends. The invitees are not necessarily know each other, a cook prepares the meals and it should be paid before leaving. Even the chef also pays for his/her own consumption. The number of dishes ranging between two and ten, and cost 30 to 60 euros per person (8-16 thousand HUF) – reports MTI.
