Giant project in Sopron brewery
The new sewage purification facility of the Sopron plant of Heineken Hungária Sörgyárak Zrt. was handed over on 23rd April. The sewage filtering capacity established as the result of the EUR 2,2 billion project would be sufficient for a town with a population of 20,000. The facility also produces enough bio gas to heat 100 homes, which will be used to reduce the energy consumption of the brewery.
