The demand for organic products in Europe is growing exponentially
The institution urged the expansion of organic farming, according to a study by the International Umbrella Organization for Organic Agriculture (IFOAM) and the Swiss Research Institute for Organic Agriculture (FiBL).
According to the announcement, two years ago there was 301,403 hectares in Hungary, and the proportion of organically cultivated areas was 6 percent, which corresponds to the European middle field. (MTI)
