Do not afraid of the disease, but there is no reason

Consumers were not frightened by the notification of the Poultry Product Council, that 70 percent of the Hungarian poultry is infected with salmonella. In the background of the application EU regulations are behind, much more than real threats.

This time there is really nothing to be afraid, because past month’s salmonella tests were deceptive. The point is that; the products are not hazardous to our health, but because of the new standard, the poultry meat should be exempt from all salmonella bacterias from 2011.
