Avian influenza has also appeared in two farms in Bács-Kiskun County
The presence of avian influenza virus was detected in animals in two farms in Bács-Kiskun County, the laboratory of the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) confirmed. The affected stocks will be destroyed, Nébih told MTI on Wednesday.
According to the information, the Nébih laboratory detected the presence of the H5N1 type of avian influenza virus in Császártöltés and in Jászszentlászló. (MTI)
