Kincentric’s measurements show that the overall level of employee engagement fell globally in the second quarter of 2021, after the first wave of the pandemic was still in the opposite stages – certainly due to the high degree of uncertainty. The overwhelming demand for stability has now been replaced by the need for the highest possible degree of flexibility at the world level and in Hungary.
