The pálinka industry developed much in the past decade
The domestic pálinka industry was successful last year. 600 thousand hektoliters of distillate was produced in the distilleries, but there is no too much money for marketing – said Panyik Gáborné president of the the Pálinka Guild Association.
Almost 90 percent of the pálinka was produced at hired distilleries, while the ratio of commercial brew was 11 percent. At the hired distilleries an appropriate amount of a family can be distillate, which can not be marketed. The pálinka of the commercial distilleries marketed with a seal and taxed – reports privatbankar.hu.
