At the end of last year, Daniel Boulud entered this business and this year Alain Ducasse also gives it a try. These typically 21st-century forms of feeding people are experts of using 21st-century forms of communication: they are present on Twitter, Facebook and other similar websites. Now a special website www.roaminghunger.com not only lists the moving vendors of big cities, but also indicates where they are located at the moment.
