Nanotechnology is said to be the most important food preparation novelty of the 21st century. According to technologists; due to nanotechnology, our dishes will be healthier, more refined and cheaper.

According to Biacs Péter, professor of the Corvinus University; a number of food companies are dealing with nanotechnology research in order to achieve safer, healthier, tastier and more nutritious foods.
However, the green organizations are concerned about the spreading of the nano-technology, food. In their view, the average consumer has no idea, what the producers will put in the processed food – reports Népszabadság Online.
