Mobile devices used more frequently in job seeking
According to the 2015 Adecco Work Trend Study, conducted with the participation of 4,100 employers and 31,000 job seekers in 26 countries, in job seeking the use of company websites is reducing, while social media plays an increasingly important role. LinkedIn is the most important platform among both employers (61 percent) and job seekers (34 percent). Those looking for a job are more and more ‘mobile’: 65 percent of them use mobile devices to browse among job offers online. Only 41 percent of employers use mobile devices in trying to find new employees. More than half of job seekers would like to work from home – smart working solutions are increasingly popular.
