Artificial intelligence technology for Hungarian HR experts
SAP has added new functions to its technology used by HR experts. Thanks to the artificial intelligence function of the cloud computing-based software, HR experts will have to do less administrative work. For instance if an employee is seconded to a foreign country, changes need to be made not only in the company’s HR systems but also in its IT and financial systems, and this means lots of administrative work. By using SAP’s intelligent services, this burden can be reduced. The machine learning algorithms that run in the background of these services make recommendations to do related tasks and some of the tasks are performed automatically by the software.
The company wants the SAP SuccessFactors solution to be capable of doing nearly 400 such tasks. Before launching the product in the Hungarian market, the company tested the new functions of the system on 21 million HR cases at almost 50 international companies. Gábor Majoros, sector manager of SAP SuccessFactors told that SAP’s development work aims at giving HR experts more time to deal with their main task: managing people’s affairs
