The Czech part of the Schlecker German drugstore chain was purchased
The Czech part of the Schlecker German drugstore was purchased by the Czech p.k.Solvent (PKS) company.
The TETA, that has 700 stores is now the property of PKS. This is the Czech Republic's largest drugstore chain now. By acquiring Schlecker, the PKS will control about 20 percent of the Czech drugstore market. The value of the transaction was not disclosed by mutual agreement. (MTI, Kokes János)
