Lidl has reduced prices again: you can buy beauty products and chemical products 20% cheaper
In line with market competition, Lidl’s price reduction campaign continues: after food, it is the first to significantly reduce the prices of several beauty products and chemical products starting from Thursday. The company’s goal is for customers to continue to do their entire large shopping in one place and at the best possible price.
In addition to the weekly promotions, Lidl is continuing its price reduction campaign, so after food, the company is now reducing the prices of drugstore products. From May 15, dozens of products, including detergents, shampoos, shower gels and various cleaning products, can be purchased at least 20% cheaper, which means savings of several hundred forints for most products. The 2.7-liter Bonux Liquid Detergent will be 800 forints cheaper, and the 4-liter Ultra Free Extra Universal Liquid Detergent will be 580 forints cheaper.
“We consider it important that our customers can do their everyday shopping quickly and easily. We believe in the power of market competition and we are constantly working to provide them with all the necessary products in our stores in good quality and at the best possible price. Since the beginning of the year, the prices of many food products have decreased, and now we are continuing the trend with more beauty products and chemical products, so that customers in Lidl stores can save not only money, but also time and energy”
– informed Judit Tőzsér, Head of Corporate Communications at Lidl Hungary.
Extra discount for May
In addition to the price reduction campaign and the normal weekly promotions, the store chain is also offering an extra discount for users of the Lidl Plus app throughout May: they can buy a product with a 40% discount as part of a so-called flash sale. The “flash sale” applies to a product specified on a given day, which can be used until the end of the day and no more than once.
