Succesfull Winter Invasion in the Hungarian Capital

The Budapest Winter Invasion, lasting until the end of March, has already brought many extra guests to hotels.

 Altogether 20,000 guest nights were
reported from participating hotels in February, which is triple the
result achieved in February 2007. The popularity of the BWI website
also increased 400% to 140,000 visitors.
Hotels, partners and the
HNTO spent a total HUF 100 million (400,000 euros) on promoting the
campaign. The final results will be published in May.
