In March, the unemployment rate in the United States was lower than expected
In the non-agricultural sectors, employment in the U.S. rose by 431,000 in March, less than the 490,000 expected by analysts and 750,000 in the previous month. After reviewing the February data, the BLS changed it from 678,000 to 750,000.
Jobs continued to grow in the leisure and catering industry, professional and business services, retail and manufacturing. (MTI)
