MAHAL: fish sellers are ready for the festive demand
Fish sellers are already waiting the customers with a Christmas offer, and during the year they could meet much higher demand than usual, a spokesman for the Hungarian Aquaculture and Fisheries Intermediary Organization (MAHAL) told M1 news channel on Tuesday.
Lévai Ferenc welcomed the fact that Hungarian fish farms are offering more and more processed products to meet the needs of their customers, and usually sell them locally in their own shops. Hungarian fish can be bought everywhere in major supermarkets and markets, and as Christmas approaches, temporary outlets will be established nationwide, he added. (MTI)
