Péter Buday, the famous chef has become an MVI member after a few-year hiatus. Now he has returned because the new MVI is a real community that works following the ideas and thoughts of many people. He will deal mainly with public catering and education matters and he has many ideas, which in his view are easier to realise within the framework of MVI. When not working in MVI, Péter Buday is working as creative director at Eurest and his goal is to offer tasty and healthy food in public catering despite reduced budgets. He has started Buday catering recently and with this company he will only do events where he will personally be involved in preparing the food. He will soon open a 45-seat restaurant called ‘Wine mousse – Flavours and sparkling’, where he will prepare dinner in the evenings in front of guests.
