Magazine: The basis is already firm!
Since almost everyone likes tiramisu, it does not come as a surprise that a whole confectionery concept was built around this dessert. Alessandro Radici opened his Dolce Vizio Tiramisu shop early summer and sells six versions of the Italian dessert. Customers also have the chance to decide about the combination of flavours themselves – which might not be the best idea as the original recipes come from Michelin star decorated Bergamo chef Fabrizio Ferrari. Tiramisus can also be consumed on the spot, with a nice cup of coffee.
