Three thousand candidates for two-hundred jobs at London Tesco
Three thousand candidates applied for two-hundred jobs at the newest supermarket of one of the world's largest chain of stores.
Several other stores in the neighborhood had been bankrupted recently so a significant number of unemployed candidates came from that region. The increasing was not only London based. The interest in Tesco jobs has increased in other cities too: in Liverpool a few weeks ago, more than 2000 candidates were applied for 200 jobs. An average of ten times oversubscribed for Tesco jobs in Great Britain. Tesco five years ago was forced to open a recruiting office in Poland due to the lack of interest in Great Britain – reports Pénzcentrum.
