GDP growth slowed in the euro area
The growth rate of gross domestic product (GDP) decreased in the euro area, while in the EU did not change in in the third quarter, compared with the previous three months.
Eurostat, the statistical office of the EU, in its first estimate on Friday announced that in the 28 member states of the European Union the GDP expanded by 0.4 percent similar to the second quarter, while in the euro zone, the rate of growth slowed down to 0.3 percent. (MTI)
