Retail sales fell by 3.1 percent in September
In September, the volume of retail sales decreased by 3.1 percent, compared to last September and in the first nine months of the year it was 1.5 percent below the same period of last year – the Central Statistical Office (CSO) told MTI on Monday.
Compared to the previous month in September – according to the seasonally and calendary effect adjusted datas – the volume of retail sales decreased by 0.4 percent.
In the national retail network as well as in mail order and online retail turnover was 717 billion HUF in September and 5983 billion HUF in the first nine months. (MTI)
