KSH: 316 million euros trade surplus in January
Calculating in euros, export was 4.3, import was 5.2 percent higher in January, than a year before. The volume of export increased by 0.9, the volume of import increased by 3.3 percent – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) announced on Friday.
The value of exports in Jaunary 2013 amounted to 6.5 billion euros (1890 billion HUF), while the value of imports was 6.1 billion euros (1,793 billion HUF). The surplus of the foreign trade balance was 316 million euros (97 billion HUF), 41 million euros (13 billion HUF) less than in January 2012. The datas are the same as preliminary expected. (MTI)
