KSH: retail sales increased by 6.6 percent
The volume of retail sales increased by 6.6 percent in April after the 8.5 percent of March, compared to the same period last year, according to the calendar adjusted datas – the Central Statistics Office (KSH) announced on Wednesday.
According to calendar adjusted datas, the turnover of non-food products increased by 6.6 percent, while the sales of fuels increased by 3.9 percent in April, compared to a year earlier.
The food sales grew by 3.2 percent, while the whole retail sales volume by a total of 7.0 percent. (MTI)
