Panorama of the city market premises
Budapest downtown’s business premises market was afraid of the highest proportions vacancy of the last 9 year, a half year ago. According to the survey of Ecorys Magyarország;
the crisis affected differently the individual submarkets.
The international consultant company tested the most important shopping streets of Budapest – Váci street along with the whole of Andrássy road and Bajcsy-Zs. Road, Oktogon and the regions between the Great Boulevard, the Nyugati Square and Blaha Lujza square – for the first time the Vörösmarty square and Deák Ferenc Street (Fashion Street) was also included in the survey.
Over the last three years, the downtown retail space market has changed considerably. Due to the economic downturn, in the downtown retail space, a significant qualitative differences have been created between different market segments, which will also determine the direction of their development – reports tozsdeforum.hu.
