In all sectors, communication and problem-solving skills are the most appreciated by employers, and in case of the four-fifth of the jobs they require knowledge of English in addition to vocational qualifications and professional experience – the joint survey of the International Business School (IBS) and the Profession.hu portal reveals.
The Profession.hu informed MTI about the survey on Tuesday, which analyzed the importance of 24 skills and knowledge opportunities in 21 sectors.
According to the research, employers emphasized the importance of computer skills, accuracy, as well as team work and individual work. 88 percent of the advertisements in the IT and telecom positions, as well as in the marketing and media area requires English language skills, while German is required in just over 5 percent of the job advertisements.
