There may be a shortage of ketchup in the US
One of the big food companies in the United States, H. J. Heinz, has also been hit by the problem of global product shortages caused by the pandemic, as there is too much demand for a condiment that the company is unable to supply. The shortage mainly affects smaller packaging products found in restaurants, less so for plastic bottles. The ketchup of the globally popular brand is lacking at big restaurant chains like Long John Silver and Texas Roadhouse – according to an article in The Wall Street Journal. (origo)
