The renaissance of American whiskey

While many American industries are struggling with the crisis, the whisky manufacturers of Kentucky succeed, thanks to the renaissance of American whiskey-based cocktails and and the beneficial effects of the  increasing demand for whisky and bourbon. The are also increasing the number of their employees.

The bourbon is the product that America is still doing better than anyone else. The U.S. Congress decided in 1964, that “the bourbon is a typical product of the United States.” Three things make the drink unique: the U.S. maize, the clean water filtered through limestone and the new fire roasted oak barrel used for the maturation – reports MTI.
