Here is the Tesco wage agreement: significant wage development and family-focused benefits package
Tesco-Global Stores Zrt. and the Trade Employees’ Union (KASZ) and the Egyenlő.hu – the modern trade union – have successfully agreed on wage development for the 2022/23 financial year. Tesco is investing HUF 3.4 billion in the wages of its employees in stores and logistics centres this year, which will increase the vast majority of employees by an average of 10% compared to last year’s wage agreement, in two stages from January and March 2022. In 2022, Tesco will continue to supplement the income of its employees with a package of benefits including childbearing and enrolment, jubilee, health and social elements, worth nearly HUF 4 billion.
