Auchan has launched an InfoCenter
Auchan has introduced a unique initiative on the market of Hungary hypermarkets. On 15th of August 2011 the chain launched a telephone information service to manage the feedbacks and comments of its customers more effectively.
The costumers of Auchan can call the InfoCenter from the 15th of August 2011 every day between 8am and 8pm on the 06/40/10-90-10 phone number, all over the country on local rates. One advantage of the service that the costumers can also leave a massage, after or before operating time – reports tozsdeforum.hu.
