Mulino Bianco makes cookies from pulse flour
Barilla Group’s Mulino Bianco brand has introduced two new cookie variants made of pulse flour: Cecille is made with chickpea flour, cocoa and orange zest, while Lentille uses red lentil flour and chopped almonds. The products don’t contain palm oil, colours, preservatives, hydrogenated fats or GMOs.
