SPAR provides work for disadvantaged people
This year, the store chain provides a job to anouther autistic youth. A company that has long been committed to equal opportunities helps disabled people as well as colleagues with disabilities. Specialist, Mentor and Forum Discussion event series facilitate joining the value-creating world of work.
According to the law, a person with a disability is considered to be a person with a 40% or more of a change in working condition due to a deterioration in his or her state of health. Disabled people have five categories: visually impaired, hearing impaired, physically challenged, physically and mentally ill, and severely injured who are usually unable to do any work. (MTI)
