According to Viktor Segal, a member of the jury, the most important result of the competition was that the number of participants had almost reached 50. Not only chefs, but sous-chefs and cooks also entered the competition. Some shortcomings have also been detected by members of jury, but these only had a limited effect on the final ranking. It was not easy to establish the final ranking, as only minimal differences in points awarded by the jury existed between the competitors.
