They can be our culinary ambassadors
In the middle of October a Bock bistro opened in Copenhagen. The new restaurant works as part of a franchise system. Every three months the Hungarian franchise owners checks whether the partner meets the ‘Bock Bistro standards’. It is stipulated by the contract that minimum 70 percent of dishes are made from the franchise owner’s recipes and minimum 60 percent of wines come from the cellar of József Bock. Lajos Bíró told at the press conference that there had already been interest from 2-3 countries about taking over their know-how.
