FM: The success of agriculture depends on adaptation
The success of Hungarian agriculture depends on whether digitalisation can be used, how quickly it applies the most up-to-date computing techniques and precision management – the Parliamentary Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture said at a technical meeting on Tuesday in Budaörs.
Nagy István pointed out at the Agrofield 4.0 conference that modern agricultural machines can help growers to compete with the developed economies. He reminded that about 3700 billion HUF of the around 12 billion HUF of EU funds coming from Hungary from 2014 to 2020 will serve the agriculture and rural development. (MTI)
