FM: reduced VAT on fish and game meat
The Ministry of Agriculture initiates the VAT reduction of fish and venison to 5 percent – agrarszektor.hu wrote. The aim would be to reach more customers with these products.
The Ministry of Agriculture (FM) initiates the VAT reduction of fish and venison to 5 percent in order to acess these healthy, mostly organic foods to a wider customer base – Fazekas Sándor, Minister of Agriculture announced at the opening of the 24th Weapon, Fishing, Hunting (FeHoVa) exhibition in the Budapest Fair Centre. The minister said that the VAT cut proposal – that is expected to be presented in next year’s budget – would whiten the sector and create jobs. (MTI, agrarszektor.hu)
