Fazekas Sándor: the pace of development of the Hungarian agriculture must be maintained
The Hungarian agriculture is the fastest growing agriculture in Europe, and the goal is to retain this trend in the future, Fazekas Sándor said in Tállya, Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County on Tuesday at the Agrarian-Rural Development conference of the Századvég Gazdaságkutató Zrt..
The Minister of Agriculture emphasized that to reach this goal there is a need for the most efficient use of grant applications, a suitable lending system, research, academic and university background.
He added that a generational change is taking place in Hungarian agriculture; there are more and more well-trained professionals who are already using the opportunities offered by modern technology. (MTI)
