The educational workshop is finally ready

Balázs Erdélyi, president of trade matters told that the educational workshop built in the guild’s new headquarters will serve three purposes.

1. Training courses for confectioners, 2. Preparing confectioners for the master’s exam and hosting these exams, 3. Training talented young confectioners for competitions.

Long-term plans include hosting programmes for amateur confectioners. Mr Erdélyi added that they had already received many requests for cooperation and if realised, these can lead to successful projects that can would the prestige of both the guild and the confectioner trade in general. //
