The Praktiker sold its chain in Romania
The German Praktiker sold its chain of stores in Romania to the Turkish Search Chemicals company – Praktiker Romania announced on Tuesday.
The brand image of Praktiker and the activities of Praktiker Romania will not change, due to the change of ownership – the company said.
The Search Chemicals company was registered in Romania in 2003. Omer Susli, the former president of the Association of the Turkish Businessmen in Romania has a 95 percent share ratio in Search Chemicals. (MTI)
