The Night of Modern Factories event series is becoming more and more successful
The national online and live event series The Night of Modern Factories is becoming more and more successful, this year 98 businesses from different regions of the country have already joined it – said László Hunyadi, Deputy State Secretary responsible for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) at the Ministry of National Economy (NGM) Rákosy Glass Kft. in the Budapest plant.
SMEs are the backbone of the economy in Hungary, 99 percent of companies belong to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, therefore their development and competitiveness is of prime importance for the government – emphasized László Hunyadi of the Hungarian Economic Development Agency on November 8 for the eighth time held at a press conference announcing the national event.
The Night of Modern Factories plays an important role in the field of economic and business development as well as industrial policy, as it presents Hungarian good practices, thereby inspiring businesses to develop, renew and innovate.

The deputy state secretary recalled: in the SME strategy, which defines the government’s business development measures until 2030, one of the first things mentioned is the need for a general knowledge transfer and knowledge acquisition support program, in the framework of which factories open their doors to interested parties.According to the agency’s summary, at the event organized on behalf of the Ministry of National Economy, from tool manufacturing to the construction industry, well-known food companies such as Márka Üdítőgyártó Kft., Coca-Cola HBC Magyarország Kft. or Intersnack Magyarország Kft.
