MKB Bank donates one billion forints to fight the coronavirus
At the initiative of Dr. Balog Ádám, Chairman and CEO, the MKB Bank Plc. today donates 1 billion HUF to support government efforts related to the protection of the coronavirus, in particular to promote information and protection for the elderly.

I do not think there is any particular need for a Hungarian-owned bank to be the first to feel obliged to help Hungary. At the same time, MKB Bank is analyzing at the highest expert level how it can support its customers in mitigating the potential negative economic consequences of the coronavirus, and how it can work with government agencies and market players.
