German retail sales decreased
Retail sales declined in May on the basis of a report from the German Federal Statistical Office, Destatis, compared to the previous month.
In May, retail sales in Germany fell by 0.6 percent seasonal and calendar adjusted, compared with the data of the previous month decline of 2.0 per cent in April. The market expected a 0.5 percent monthly increase for May. (MTI)
