SPAR opened two new supermarkets with an investment of almost 3 billion HUF and renovated four stores

Two new City SPAR supermarkets wasopened in the capital. In addition to these, customers were able to take possession of a renovated stores in Budapest, Dunakeszi, Petőháza and Székesfehérvár. The total value of the developments is close to 3 billion HUF.

“This autumn is a busy period in the life of the company. During these weeks, we handed over two new City SPAR supermarkets. This type of business has been specifically designed close to busy transport hubs, adapting to the fast, yet quality-conscious shopping habits of the customer audience. Since the first stores opened in Budapest in 2006, a total of 23 City SPAR supermarkets have opened nationwide. We are also pleased to have recently completed the modernization of four more of our existing stores: one of our stores in Budapest, Dunakeszi, Petőháza and Székesfehérvár is beautified and welcomes its customers in a modern environment” – Márk Maczelka, Head of Communications at SPAR said.
