Bocuse d’Or: the Tokaji wine also plays a role in the Hungarian team’s foods

Tokaji wine, Tokaj vinegar and walnut will also be included in the Hungarian team’s plate elements at the world finals of the Bocuse d’Or international cook competition on 24 -25 January in Lyon.

Széll Tamás chef, member of the Hungarian team and the winner of the Bocuse d'Or 2016 Continental Championships recalled at a press conference on Wednesday in Budaörs that as the first Hungarian participant he managed to finish 10th at the Bocuse d'Or in 2013.
