Arbitration Board: Customers are more and more conscious
The consumers are becoming more conscious, more and more people know and live their rights, while the businesses are more cooperative, compared to the previous years – Baranovszky György, president of the Budapest Arbitration Board (BBT) said at a press conference in Budapest on Thursday.
He said that in the first half of the year 2468 people turned to the Arbitration Board with submissions. The number of cases has increased by more than 14 percent, compared to the same period of the previous year. (MTI)
